Harcourt holding deposit with no response

Very disappointed with Harcourts. We rented an apartment in haasendal kuilsrivier for a year. We decided not to renew our lease and after that the agents didn't want to answer our emails regarding deposits and maintenance. Our lease ended 30th of November and till this day, we are still waiting for feedback. They are going on December leave and no one wants to reply. Nadine Stoop, Grezelda Schefferlie and willene the art who were assisting with the exit have gone quite and don't respond. I need my deposit and a breakdown of the maintenance costs they are deducting.
