Harcourt Capital lack of customer service

Harcourts Capital estate agency is the worst agency I have ever dealt with, when you phone the agent to know in which street the property is located you get an answer, I can't tell you that, my response is if I don't know where it is located how do I know if I will be interested in the property. The estate agent's response google Investec it is close to Investec.

I am sorry but you have zero customer service experience, and if that is your attitude to a potential buyer I will go and spend my money at another agency.
