We having being dealing with Yogi Andrews, We purchased a 4 bedroom home from the agent including 4 so called working air conditioners, which turned out to be damage before we moved in, And a list of snags that was hidden during viewing. The agent didn't inspect the coc that the seller provided. And became absolutely rude to my husband after the handover was done. One was the water damage she promised wasn't damage, It's just blistering in her words. Signed with her outside the house on a windy day, due to their being a list of buyers waiting to sign. That's not how anyone wants to be treated whilst investing in a property Just a review for anyone dealing with yogi Andrews as a buyer. She will sugar coat everything and be disgustingly rude once her commission is paid. If ever u deal with her don't expect to be the client paying, Expect to be treated as if she's paying it for you.
