Failure to disclose information

Be very careful when dealing with Harcourts Mercantile in East London. I recently moved from Johannesburg to East London with my family and regret the day i crossed paths with these people. They tied me into a 11 months contract (that i paid in full) but failed to disclose that the property was up for sale. Just two weeks after moving in we received viewing requests from Harcourts. Frustrated, i tried to terminate the lease with them. In response Karen Bowden told me i would have to find a tenant to replace us and *********ed me with penalties. I have been requesting access for my visitors from these people from January when we moved to this day. I have to run to the gate each time i have a delivery or a visitor. They have never tried to engage us as suggested by the Housing Tribunal to resolve this mess. There is no communication whatsoever. They are very unprofessional to say the least. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment, be warned.
