Extremely bad service and treatment

I baught property through harcourt and the property was registered in my name on the 11th of January. The deed of sale says I occupy ob registration. The agent Christo is forever in meetings. I told him that I do not have a place to stay as a result I need to occupy soonest but to date I still do not have keys and he seems not to care if I will ever get the keys or not
