Empty promises, bad experience at Harcourts extreme in Alberton

So I posted about my horrible experience with Harcourts on the 20th of November 2022 here on this platform. I was so pleased to have received a call from them by the 25th of November where my information was taken and she said she would get back to me. lol till today she never got back to me. this is precisely what I was talking about once they get what they want they are done with you. it still pains me that we have to deal with soo much damage that the sellers did not disclose and nothing was done about it even though the agent told me she would make sure some things are dealt with. the world we live in is cruel enough
