<p>Harcourt hibiscus should be investigated, they are the most unprofessional bunch, with no clue what is going on in their own books. Rented a property from them, did no inspections, made complete list of all the damages, and took photos, emailed to them. When requested to refund deposit.... Then your problems start. Accused of causing the damages, non payment of water, file is archived etc.. So I emailed my little list of the damages, and reminded her that water bill was included in the monthly bill.
