Dont even deserve a star

We have a property(flat) that we want to sell. There was a buyer who was interested. Its now 5 months...we signed the contract at the attorneys and then nothing. We phoned the agent a few times and he told us he will give feedback..but nothing. We have to phone him everytime. Today he told us the purchase is off because that guys loan was not approved!!!!! This is the baddest service we ever had....We wont do any business with them again.
