DO NOT USE HARCOURTS, THEY'RE USELESS

We've rented out our house through Harcourts for the past year. We've never had anything done without having to nag them to do so (basic things like getting our house inspected as per our contract). We got our 6 month inspection report after 9 months, and our 1 year inspection report had photos taken from the 9 month inspection report in them. They are slow, *********, and completely useless. I've never seen service as terrible and unprofessional as Harcourts, especially considering how much money they take each month for doing basically nothing.
