Do not rent from Harcoarts!
DISGUSTING!! Moved to new town and rented property on agents word. Gave 1 month notice 2 days after moving in due to petfriendly retal not being pet friendly and water pressure being switched off without notice. The agent was very helpfull and helped search for new rental stating that deposit can be switched to new rental. Found new rental privately. Agent also left company and now agency manager/owner will not repay deposit.
