Dishonest estate agents

<p>I rented property from Harcourts who is represented by Denton and Helen, I vacated my property after cleaning it thoroughly and had installed extra plug sockets according to regulations.</p> <p>I vacated the property on the 29 October and had a gardner in on the 30th to de **** all the paving and clean the yard.</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested a statement fro m Helen on the 12 November and which would give me my interest earned for the period and what the deductions were for. On the 25th November I re sent her a message which Helen then rep**** she has forwarded it to Denton as she has nothing to do with payments or statements.</p> <p>HARCOURTS QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. THEY CHARGE RENT AND A HALF AND CHARGE YOU VAT FOR THEIR SERVICES AND NEVER RENDER A VAT INVOICE.</p> <p>THIEVERY IS RIFE</p>
