Disgraceful service from Harcourts Equity Morningside, Durban

Have yet again had a terrible experience with them. Our entire lease through them, we had to chase and follow up to get our rent with them avoiding our calls and not answering emails etc. To add further to this our tenant moved out in December and left piles of ******* and damages to our property. On enquiring about the deposit we were told it was given to us as rent around June and they had never bothered to get it back!! They were also paid to manage the property and as part of it to make sure the municipal bills were paid, not once in 9 months did the tenant pay water or electricity!!! And it was never followed up on by Harcourts, they gave us the municipal deposit a measly R3000 compared to the R9000 bill we are sitting with now! We constantly follow up to see if they are getting the other deposit back so we can pay these bills as well as repair our damages and there has been no movement or any communication in almost a month! Absolutely unacceptable when a fee has been paid for a service! Disgusting when you trust an agency to make sure this is not going to happen and they don't care at all. We are not wealthy and now sit with these bills, trying to get new tenants into a damaged home to be able to survive and Harcourts has number 1 put us here and number 2 barely tried to rectify or help
