Disappointed

Harcourts properties are failing me as a buyer, the advert of the house first was incorrect, the house wasn't what the advert was saying it is. Then few days after I signed the offer to purchase with Harcourts another agent listed the same house 80k cheaper than what I signed for, and the reason was the seller was willing to sell it cheaper because its been on the market for long, whereas Harcourts said it was newly listed. The house is a late estate, I wasn't told that the beneficiaries of the estate hasn't given consent to sell. Now I have to wait for beneficiaries to sign, and Harcourts isn't even updating me, I have to be the one calling them and not getting any answers
