DIRTY TRICKS- do not rent through HARCOURTS!

We have been renting from the agents HARCOURTS in Pinelands for more than 5 years, always paying our rent plus municipal accounts on time, every time, without fail.<br> <br> Harcourts recently convinced the owners to have extended renovations done to the property (at our inconvenience), and thereafter (against what the Lease Agreement says) wanted about R5,000 per month more rent from us. Some call this BRIBERY and *******ION. <br> <br> When we refused to pay more than what the lease says the THREATS started. Now the DIRTY TRICKS started- They *******ly stopped paying the municipal (incl WATER) account (which we paid them for already) so the municipality sent us a Water Discontinue Warning. We were thus forced to pay the municipality ourselves. Thus DOUBLE PAYMENT was made to date. I hope to see them in court though where the real fun will start.
