Development not Harcourts standard

We bought a home in a complex that was developed by Plantrust and markered by Harcourts. The builder took more than a year to build our house. I always had high expectations of Harcourts and the people they do bussiness with. But what a disappointment. We bought a house in a complex in Gordonsbay from them. The builder took more than a year to build a house. We live in a house now that is not totally finished. Our house is next to the show house. If you drive in you can not miss our half house. How will people buy a house if they see that they have to stay in a have finished house. Bad bussiness for Harcourts. Our house is painted half. Not totally plasterd. I never thought that this was Harcourts standard and the type of people they get involved with. I will never recommend Harcourts to anyone and I will never sell my house through them. Everyone in the complex is highly dissapointed with Harcourts and the way they just turn a blind eye to bad development and bad construction and unhappy home owners. Does not help we complain to developer or builder they ignore us. As they also do towards the other home owners.
