Very Bad. Agency principal in East London by the name of Robyn . I gave 1months notice in April. Vacated the premises and did a satisfactory inspection. Now the won't pay deposit back_they say the havent found a tenant for May so I must pay. In fact as opposed to r11000 back I must pay them R19 that I am owing. Statement reflects no interest for deposit. Deposit in paid in January...onlybearned interslest for April Month.When I ask her for the copy of the contract so I can take the matter for tribunal she is refusing to cooperate. Stewart the agent has blocked my calls. This Robyn lady is condescending on the phone....insinuating that I am illeterate
