BAD,Improper service from Harcourt Rhino Agent

<p>I purchased a property from Harcourt Rhino Agent Zwelithini Khumalo, Firstly the previous homeowners were supposed to pay occupational rent in which the agent stated that it was not fair for the sellers and I let it slide, I experienced problems with the electricity in which I called an ESKom technician who advised that the cabling and electricity were tampered with by the previous owners. I have requested intervention from the agent who feels that it is not his responsibility,however I have just learnt that the COC certificate was obtained from a technician who isnt qualified/registered. As the new home ownere im expected to pay the R6k fine imposed by Eskom on an issue that has absolutely nothing to do with me, this is over and above the many issues im experiencing with the house like faulty lights,doors etc....when i had entrusted the agent to ensure all was sorted before occupation.</p>
