Agent not communication

<p>As a first time renter I am very disappointed in the way our agent handled the situation. </p> <p> </p> <p>We are so confused as to were what money must be paid and when she sends us documents, she does not check it before sending as it has other details in it from n different place. </p> <p> </p> <p>She does not read her emails very good and her reply is not helpful at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>it has almost been a month now and she has not once communicated with us even to ask is everythig fine and do we understand anything. </p>
