Terrible after sales service

I have bought my taps, shower heads, accessories and trigger sprays from Hansgrohe and the products are not cheap, but their after sales service is terrible, the company that I bought from emailed them concerning my 2 trigger sprays which are not working, over a month ago and as yet I have received no response from Hansgrohe via email or phone call about when someone is coming out to check and replace the said items, this is terrible service from a so called reputable company, rather buy goods that you know you can get excellent after sales service
