I was amazed by the excellent support rendered to me by Barry on addressing a problem with a Prep bowl shower tap. Instead of waiting a few weeks for spares from Germany he replaced the tap at no cost to me. This was astonishing support as the tap was over 13 years old and cost over R5000 at the time. I cannot imagine the cost now, without taking into account the cost of the plumbers fees. I commend you and your companies excellent back up.
