<p>Bought a Hans Grohe shower head at On Tap Hillcrest. It leaked at the base and I figured it must be the hose, three hoses later it still leaked. Back to On Tap. They refused to replace the item (not going back there in a hurry) but gave me the number for Hans Grohe in Durban. Well! They answered immediately, gave me a date that the technician would phone to come round to my house to sort my problem out. And he DID! He phoned, came round, gave me not one but two even better than my original shower heads and even fitted new hoses. Rudi was friendly, professional and efficient. Hans Grohe, just for this experience you have gained my life long loyalty. Well done!</p>
