FANTASTIC SERVICE

Wow..... How wonderful to experience such exceptional service levels from a company. We bought and installed a few new Hansgrohe mixers and taps during renovations done at our house in the bush. The house is on the Rooiberg Road between Bela Bela and Thabazimbi. The items were purchased from Builders Warehouse in Centurion. Our one mixer stopped working and we where very concerned as it is was built-in already. On presenting our till slip and the broken part to Jacob at Builders Warehouse, he assured me that one of the Hansgrohe service staff will make arrangements with me. Indeed, I received a call the same day. James, a competent, friendly and professional Technician arrived at our house in the bush and solved our problem within 5 minutes.
