Expected Quality Not Delivered - Product Deterioration Issues

I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and warranty support from Hansgrohe. After only a few years of normal use, the products I installed are already showing signs of failure. For a brand that positions itself as premium, I expected far better durability. It feels like there is a clear lifespan or "timescale" issue with these products, which is unacceptable at this price point. What's even more frustrating is the lack of clarity and support regarding the warranty. As a customer, you invest in a trusted name expecting long-term reliability, not early replacements and added costs. I would appreciate a proper response from Hansgrohe on how they plan to address this issue, as well as a fair resolution. At this stage, I cannot recommend their products based on my experience.
