Worst two institutions FNB & HP Attorneys.

For the past 10 years have been harassed and called threatened by HP Attorneys for my FNB Revolving Loan. I informed them that the loan has been paid in full a decade, even send them the proof of payment and all of a sudden I'm receiving at least 5 calls a day. Today alone I received 6 phone calls from 6 different individuals asking the same and I have to explain myself again. Come to think of it their client, FNB is not better as they haven't once called me after settlementof the loan a decade ago. Not once did FNB communicate with me regarding this loan. Instead they had 5 different debt companies call me and harassing me for the past month. FNB and HP attorneys have no customer service or tact in the manner they deal with people. I would recommend people not to bank with FNB as the institution is cold vacant and not customer orientated. How is it possible after I settled the outstanding balance 10 years ago??? Disgusting service from both parties. I strongly suggest any other bank than FNB!!!
