Worst two institutions FNB & HP Attorneys.

For the past 11 months I have been harassed and called threatened by HP Attorneys for my FNB credit card. I informed them that the credit card has been paid in June last year full amount , even send them the proof of payment and still 5 call a day. Today alone I received 6 phone calls from 6 different individuals asking the same and I have to explain myself again. Come to think of it there client FNB is not better as they haven't once called me after losing my job in 2020, I called them , not once did FNB communicate with me regarding my credit card. Instead they had 5 different debt companies call me and harassing me . FNB and HP attorneys have no customer service or tact in the manner they deal with people. I would recommend people not to bank with FNB as the institution is cold vacant and not customer orientated. How is it possible that I made payment in 2 parts to cover the outstanding amount and only month after payment FNB handed me over ,

Disgusting service from both parties. I strongly suggest any other bank than FNB
