WORST SERVICE EVER - *******!!!!!!

I requested a settlement letter on 2 very large debts with Woolworths, that Hammond Pole are administrating. I paid these debts in full and sent them the proof of payments. They are now ignoring my emails and calls and are still debiting my banking account. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *******.
