Worst Law firm

This law firm is the worst at doing there job my account has been settle and all I asked for is my closure letter an md ITC file to be updated. There staff giving different information the one says unable to give letter need to go to the company arrear was with the others tell you to wait for a letter after lockdown. What is so are to update my file and to have a email sent of account that has been settle. Poor customer service don't know they are dealing with account making arrangement yet unable to provide you with any information. Cant even give me a final statement pathetic.
