Worse service ever

Worse experience ever, I have a loan with Nedbank and apparently It was hander over to them for collection. I have been making payments each and every month but when ever I request for my statement I do not get any reply. Secondly I am now being harrased by Smith&Smith Attorney for the same thing that is being handled by Hammond and Pole Attorney. I am sick and tired of this poor service that they are providing to us.
