Vodacom Contract

What terrible service

I took out a vodacom contract - did not receive the package that was agreed upon. After Vodacom failed to rectify it. I cancelled the contract (I was supposed to get a phone).

Then I kept on getting calls that I owe money but everytime i tried to find out about it - either calling in or going to the shop s- they couldn't pick up my contract - cause it was never activated

Now it has gone to the attorneys - who do not get back to me. And I have been told a few times that the situation has been fixed and my credit score rating wont be affected - I get some communication that I owe money?

Can someone just do their job and follow through on this?
