Very Rude Unprofessional Call Center Agents

I called your call center today (between 14:10 and 14:25) twice and the treatment I got from both the agents was rude. The 1st one ( I didn't get her name) dropped the phone while I was talking to her. The second one ( a guy by the name of Sifiso) ignored me while I was talking by either putting me on MUTE or moving the phone from their ear. In both occasions I was trying to find out why am I getting SMS's to pay the account that I have settled months ago. Ya neh!
