very rude call centre agents

i got a call from this guys working for this attorney he is so rude he does not even give you a change to explain or defend yourself as long as he gets his point across then he is ok with that he must remember i am a consumer and i also have rights .and as a consumer i have the right to pay any amount i can afford to pay
