Very poor law firm

This is probably the worst legal firm to engage with, they constantly threaten with SMS and email, yet they do not make themselves available to communicate and resolve the problems. The Law Society must look into this firm, there are hundreds of bad comments about them on Hellopeter, yet they lack ethics to respond. We have made at least 5 calls a day to resolve a problem that has lready been resolved yet we are constantly told by the receptionist to contact another person that is never available. When they call us, they let the telephone ring once and hang-up, then they say that we lack co-operating with them!!! We can't cooperate with an entity that does not allow us to speak to them. It seems that they do this simply to increase their bill and show the creditors that they have tried to contact people yet get no response. Looking at the many write up's in Hellopeter, it seems evident that this is their modus operandi. They must be investigated as continual harassment is not what the law calls for.
