Very Bad Service

I have called in to settle my account with them.and they asked me to send the proof of payment and I did just that. Now they are busy debating my account .I artillery waiting for their ensconce as they haven't done anything to resolve my issue.When I called I got very very bad service, from their consultant even their manager.Worse he dropped rhe phone while I'm still talking to him and he never gave me a chance to explain the reason for my call instead he talked over me and dropped rhe call.
