Very Bad Service

I was approached by Hammond Pole Attorneys paying a Nedbank account of mine. We arranged 3 payments via debit order.<br> As per my banks statement the first payment went of as arranged. The same day I received a very nasty sms from them saying I will be referred to court due to non payment. I phoned them but no one picked up! Then I left thinking they will discover their mistake, just to see this week they double deducted me again this week! 2 deductions for one month AND still I received a second violating sms threatening with court due to non payment.<br> I phoned them once again and again no one pick up the phone. After I eventually got hold of someone and sent them proof of payment, they had the audacity to sent me another threatening sms. Have they never heard of the debt collectors act! How can Nedbank deal with *********** people like this!?
