Useless to help - Great to threaten

According to Telkom I owe them money but THEY stop my service because of cable theft in August 2021. I settle my account end August 2021. Hammond Pole keep on sending me SMS's. I send the proof that I didn't owe Telkom anything on several occasions to Hammond Pole and every time its the same story that "you didn't send it to me". What a helpless lot!!!!
