UNWARRENTED HARRASSMENT FROM HAMMOND POLE ATTORNEYS

I am posting this complaint regarding unwarranted harassment from Hammond Pole Attorneys sending me unnecessary sms's informing me, “DUE TO NON-PAYMENT LEGAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN PREPARED FOR COURT BY HP ATTORNEYS”, when in fact the payment was made on 31/10/2017. I take exception to the constant threats of “LEGAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN PREPARED FOR COURT BY HP ATTORNEYS”, this misconduct repeatedly aggravating me. This results in my immediate response by telephone with me holding on for over 25 minutes on my cell phone and the consultant I speak to puts me on hold and then puts the phone down. I am also receiving Summonses stuck to my gate for everyone to see and find this totally unacceptable. I have made payment arrangements with Hammond Pole Attorneys but get constant threatening sms’s even though payment was made on time. This has caused extreme stress and this is unreasonable behaviour by this company.
