Unsolicited Collection

Harassment, harassment! This company continues to send me threatening emails, threatening me with judgements and legal action. I simply requested documentary proof or evidence of the alleged +-R350 Vodacom debt, but they ignore my request and continue sending me request to pay the amount due. I have not had a vodacom account in 5 years and when had one, it was a prepaid account. This company allege they are collecting on behalf of other companies, yet when I call vodacom, they do not know about my alleged overdue account and Hammond Pole Inc is unable to provide me even with a simple Invoice to proof the amount is due. Their legal licence to practice should be revoked.
