Unprofessional Lawyers Company - ***********

My account with FNB was settled 2007 and these people just keep on harassing me with emails, calls and messages. FNB don't even have the guts to contact me straight away and when I make a call nobody knows nothing - ***********.

I spoke to a lady from Hammond and Pole in 2018 which she promised that she will forward me all documentations regarding my account and the proof of the amount owing. Still wait for their feedback.

A month ago I spoke to several people who cant sort out the problem. With how many people do I need to speak to regarding their incompetency and my account.

When the one person can't help me they forward me to another person which this person is worse from the previous person. LOL

Still they didn't give me any feedback since 2018 kept quiet until 2021. Why don't they do anything about the problem, leave everything since 2018 and now again they harass me.
