Unprofessional conduct

<p>I approached Hammond pole in Oct 16 to arrange a settlement on my Discovery card. The lady that I spoke to suggested a amount of R20 000 as full and final settlement of the account. I agreed and she said that she will take it to them and revert. She called me back and said it's ok. I explained that I have just transferred R5000 and will transfer the balance. She called me back and demanded that I transfer R20 000. No amount of explaining that we agreed on R20 000 total payment helped. When I requested copies of the recordings she ignored me. Legalwize also requested copies of the recordings but this was also ignored. Now they want to take me to court. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will be lodging a complaint with the law society on Monday and also complain on Hellopeter about FNB and the ************ firms they use to recover money.</p>
