Unprofessional and bad service

You would think if you made an arrangement to pay your account and pay it on time and even settle it early that you would get good service from Hammond Pole attorneys. Nope thats not the case . I've been waiting 26 days since i paid my settlement amount to just get a settlement letter . The advisors drop the call on you and make false statements I've sent emails , i phoned and sent whatsapp's . NOTHING!!! I've been struggling for 3 weeks ... this is pathetic.
