Unnecessary drawn out, painful experience

<p><strong>After I moved to the UK in April 2014 I was notified that my Nashua Mobile account was handed over to Hammondpole. As mother inlaw was my next of kin on my contract, Hammondpole started harassing her with continuous calls to pay the account. I contacted Hammondpole explaining that I've moved and the lady I dealt was happy to correspond with me directly via email to settle the matter. </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>The outstanding amount was paid last year but since then this matter has not been put to rest. Instead I've been passed from employee to the next and I'm trying to work through poorly managed communication to settle my account. This includes:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>-- Being contacted by 6 different members of staff who keep sending statements informing me that the account is settled when infact it hasn't.</strong></p> <p><strong>--- Continuous calls and texts to my mother inlaw in South Africa harassing her for more money. This is after I repeatedly asked the staff members to leave her out of it.</strong></p> <p><strong>---- Documents/statements from Nashua Mobile that are unlabelled, incoherent and unclear. </strong></p> <p><strong>----- Weeks and months between responses and emails which has resulted in this matter still being unresolved. </strong></p> <p><strong>This is extremely frustrating as it seems there's nothing I can do to sort this out even though I'm willing to do my part. Most of all I would like to settle this so that I do not have to deal with the poor communication and harassment from the company. It's been an unnecessary drawn out painful experience.</strong></p>
