********, ******* and highly ********* behaviour

I have an ABSA account that was handed over to them. I have tried to collect statements, written mandates as well as proof of payments from them but they have completely ignored any of these requests. They have threatened me with unauthorised debit orders, refuse to communicate in writing (as per my right to retain a written record of all communications) and they have not confirmed their association with ABSA. I have contacted ABSA as well regarding this matter and they have also not confirmed that they had mandated these attorneys to manage the account. It seems that these attorneys are acting ********ly, *******ly and their conduct is highly *********. I am considering reporting them to the Debt Collectors Council.
