Unhelpful & rouges

Hi, Two years ago in December 2013 i took a vodacom laptop contract,in Jan 2014 i got a message saying that my account is R6000 which i couldnt understand because i hardly used the contract sim in that two months and its in arrears. The account got handed over to Hammond pole attorneys in July 2014 and i made arrangement to pay the R8000 arrears which was R1000 a month . 8 months after which would have been March 2015 the account suppose to be over and closed but im still paying this account and its already gone 7 months pass march and the account sets at R 8000 still! this is ridiculous! i am trying to contact them for the past 8 weeks and i have been past on to the next person after the next person and i have not got the help i need yet! i have not received 1 letter or statement or anything to say they are holding the account. i have been asking continuously for atleast a statement to see how the account has been increasing instead of decreasing and i have not received any help so far. this is wasting my money and my time and i need an answer as to where my money is going! <br> <br> Regards,<br> Shashan Naidoo
