Unhappy Customer

I am writing this fuming to the last lung-i had a TFG account which i was paying through Hammond Pole Inc, the account was paid up and thankfully received the paid up letter after numerous calls begging for it-few days ago i got a call that i am supposed to pay R496 for them to stop calling me again and to do the other admin stuff which i was never informed about-my biggest mistake was that from my banking app -i had a schedule payment which i forgot to stop from my side and now a payment of R780 went through which means they are going to take their R496(Unjustifiably so)and get the difference. i have never seen such a day light ******* like this in South Africa-worst and pathetic service ever
