Unhappy and Disappointed

<p>My husband and I have been struggling with Hammond Pole Attorneys for over a year now. We received our first call in May- June 2015, we were told that my Husband has an outstanding account with them and this needs to be paid, all fair, when we requested the documentation to support their allegations they gave us so much grieve and after we got an affidavit we received some of the document beginning July 2015, My Husband acknowledged that these accounts might or might not be his and that we would like to investigate the documents we had received. We then phoned Vodacom (the service provider that had handed him over to Hammond Pole) they then confirmed our suspicions that these accounts in question might be *****. We made numerous calls to their ***** department and made an affidavit to say these where ********** accounts, but two of the accounts my husband acknowledged to and tried to make arrangements with Hammond Pole for payment, After we looked at our finances we realized that we could pay them R 200 a month but then the agent told my husband that R 200 is not allowed we need to pay a minimum of R500, which kind of put us in a predicament but as the law abiding citizen that my husband is he then started paying R500 from the end of July 2015. Since then I have phoned them numerous times to request Statements. The latest call to Hammond Pole was made on the 2nd of September 2016 @ 08:35 where I spoke to an Agent Kabelo Agent number:202 on number ********** to request a statement after I explained that we should be finished with the account by end November 2016 where he corrected me and said that there was another R2500 outstanding on this account for interest and so on. I am still waiting for that statement to see if all our payment has been allocated to our account and what the monthly interest is on this account. We have not once skipped a payment but we are treated like bad payers/*********. Their attitudes towards me and my husband have been terrible. This is my last resort to try and see if we can get some kind of assistance from their side. </p> <p> </p>
