<p>I called the company by the name Hammond & Pole Attorneys who my account from mix telematics was handed over to. I was calling in relation to the query on my outstanding account with them. I firstly was called by one of their consultants advising me that my account is only owing by R163.00 and if I pay it then the account will be closed. I decided to to pay R100 and was planning to pay the remaining R36.00 during the month. I recieved an SMS from the company indicating to me that they have not recieved any payment on the account and failure to pay will result in legal actions taken against me. I then phoned them in order to make them aware that I have paid the account and only have R36.00 remaining to settle the account. I scalled in the morning 2 ********** (10:00AM Hour) and was advised that a person by the name Cristopher is the one dealing with my account and He wil get in touch with me shortly. I waited for the call the whole day as I was eager to resolve this matter once and for all. By afternoon of the same day 2017-02-07 I called Hammond & Pole Attorneys as I was wondering why I never recieved any follow up on my request. I spoke a very ********* consultant by the name Miss Dekock who was super rude, ********* and not patient with me as a client at all. She called Me all sorts of names leki I am unprofesional, my service is bad and that she does not care what I think I know but i have to pay the amount which She is telling me to pay even if I dont agree with it its not Her problem and that if I was I did not want to pay it then I should have paid mix telamatics. I am very disgraced and my character demolished as I have made the Miss De kock that She is not listoning to me and She could not even care less. I dont have any words to describe the service I recieved from this copmpany but that they are not so far away related to Donald trump!!!!!!!! This i cant accept and needs to be profesionally handled. the reference of the SMS I recieved is: HP ********** </p>
