Good day,

I am being assisted by a lady named Kuanitah and Jabu with a property transfer and registration. After multiple conversations with them to refrain from delaying the process unilaterally. The have continued to do so and representing my intentions incorrectly.

I have further sent them and email informing them that should they continue to act in bad faith I will exercise my right to walk away from a contract that is being handled in bad faith.

Kindly advise on the next steps or if the matter would be rectified as a matter of urgency. In the event that the required action is not taken by mid day Monday the 21st of October 2019. Please proceed with the cancellation.

I will wait for the aforementioned deadlines before I advise the bank of my intention and how as a client I have been treated unfairly my you.
