Too much vulgar

This morning they called me with number ********** 929 on behalf of nedbank as they collect for them. The caller was extremely rude swearing at me until I shut the phone on his face. Nedbank will have serious difficulties in recovering their funds if they get people like that psychopath to d the job,, because no client will listen to a uttering vulgar. I also want to take it up with the Nedbank ombudsman.
