Threaten Legal action for a arrangement being paid every month.

I made arrangements with FNB after i got retrenched informing them that after a year i cannot pay but will do so once I'm financially able to so, which i have done. For more than a year i have paying loyally more that the arranged amount with FNB, Beginning of this year its constant harassment from Hammond and pole, multiple phone calls a day even ungodly hours, even though they are allowed by law to phone so late its still *********.

I keep on getting these letters stating that i broke the arrangement, i phoned them and said i didn't and i have proof that i haven't missed a payment for more than a year and that they must prove i don't pay or missed a payment, when i write back and ask them to prove that i don't pay they ignore your my emails, they never respond, weeks alter they send letters again threatening legal action stating that i missed payment over and over, as if they don't read their mails or just don't care. Perhaps its because they don't like the fact that i get paid the 5th of every month i don't know.

No wander they are rated the best recovery agent, they just bulldoze over people with bully tactics to achieve an outcome that is already in motion?? Personally i think their conduct is ********* and unprofessional. I've been in big corpo for more than 17 years and never have i seen such unprofessionalism in my life.

They even ignore the fact that they were reported at the COUNCIL FOR DEBT COLLECTORS, perhaps I should report this matter at the Law Society as well.
