They refuse to give me my statement, continue to not honor my payments and harras me, threatening me with legal action daily when I pay monthly without fail

I need help with with these attorneys, they keep demanding more payments from me each and every month even though I pay my account monthly on the 25th, all the payments that I make to them are not being honored.

I have been requesting a statement for last 8 weeks repeatedly every week, they have not bothered to send it to me.

The final straw is that they continue to threaten me with further actions, determines to ruin my life and really not bothered with the fact that I am already paying my account way above the installment that am supposed to be paying.

I do not know where else to turn, I call them and they always respond that the statement will be sent to me, they never do, all they do is harras me with messages and phone calls.

Please assist me with the way forward with the, they are completely refusing for me to have a full visibility of my account. It clear that the money that I am paying is going to someone's pockets instead of my account, this is why they are denying me my statement.

No is willing to listen to me at HP attorneys. They just want the money.

They also keep making payments arrangements without me. I get smses telling me that this is my payment arrangement and failing to honor it will result to action, these arrangements are being made over and above what I am paying. Where am I supposed to get that money?
